Return Process

  Carefully pack the unused or gently used balm in its original packaging to ensure the product is protected during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location at your convenience.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our hive receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
